Tyler, the Creator's song 'See You Again' is the inspiration for the question. It has two voice adlibs, "La la la" and "Okay Okay Okay," each with a distinct vibe that TikTokers are identifying with.
A TikToker by the name of @nevon1nonly posted their own original animation about a month ago stating that there are two kinds of people who listen to Tyler, the Creator's song 'See You Again': ones who sing the lalalas and ones that sing the okokoks. Even though the TikToker didn't say what they meant, other people picked up on the vibes of each adlib and decided for themselves who they were.
