Tyler Wills: Heartbroken family pays tribute to 'beautiful boy,' 12, who was struck and killed by car
WEST SUSSEX, ENGLAND: A devastated family paid tribute to their 12-year-old "beautiful" son who was struck by a car and died in the hospital. Tyler Wills was involved in the incident on Friday, November 25, in West Sussex. Police and paramedics gathered on Crawley Avenue between Ifield Community College and Ifield Roundabout at at 2.45 pm after being alerted about the incidet. After being transferred to the hospital, Wills was declared dead.
Wills' family paid tribute to him on Sunday, November 27, by issuing a statement, which read, "Our beautiful boy Tyler - he was the most caring, loving, kind boy. He has made his family so proud. He will be loved and missed forever. Our beautiful boy, I hope you're up high kicking that ball. We love you more than words will ever say. Mummy loves you," as per Daily Mail.

His family was receiving assistance from specialised police, as per Daily Mail. A Sussex Police spokesperson said, "Nobody has been arrested, but enquiries are ongoing to find out exactly what happened." They continued by saying that they would like to talk to anyone who saw the incident, the circumstances leading up to it, or who has dashcam evidence that can assist them.

People left numerous floral arrangements and tributes to him on the spot of the accident. Some people also left poems and condolence messages. A tribute post written by Wills' father refers to him as the "brightest light gleaming in the night sky" and praised his "beautiful grin" and "kind heart." A GoFundMe page has been created to raise money to pay for the funeral expenses and a headstone. So far the campaign has already managed to surpass the $12,107 goal.
On the page, Wills was described as being "one of the sweetest boys" and having "never a bad bone in his body." The friend who organised the fundraiser hoped that Wills will receive the "best send off and one he deserves."
