There are a few phrases that the President of the United States, Donald Trump likes to use, some of them being "fake news" and "you're fired," the latter from Trump's reality show, 'The Apprentice'. A phrase that has been used multiple times by Trump is now trending on Twitter.

On Monday, June 22, Trump tweeted, "PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT!" This is not the first time Trump has tweeted the phrase. He had used it on multiple occasions last year: when on the subject of his tax returns; Robert Mueller's investigation and also when Trump faced backlash over his border policy. While there could be multiple reasons as to why Trump has tweeted the phrase yet again -- his half-empty Tulsa rally on Saturday, June 20; Trump's former National Security Advisor, John Bolton's tell-all or the criticism leveled against his suspension of employment-based visas for the year, it could be either or all of them.

Twitter was quick to respond to POTUS's tweet, mainly criticizing him and pointing out what "presidential harassment" could actually mean. One user tweeted, "Ya know what’s Presidential Harassment, 8 Campaign staffers, and two secret service testing positive for the coronavirus! [All so] you could have your 'little rally!'" So far, a total of eight staffers who worked on Trump's Tulsa campaign rally have tested positive for coronavirus.

Another tweeted, "PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT DEFINED! (harassment by the president) Trump's Twitter account provides a means for him to psychologically abuse & harass anyone he regards as an enemy or critic. Daily he uses this platform to demonize those who disagree with him or call out his lies." They continued, "Those HARASSED by the President via Twitter: - Democrat & Republican politicians - Journalists & media outlets - Ex team members - Celebrities & random citizens - Mythical groups (e.g. "ANTIFA") - Other countries & foreign leaders - Businesses & organizations The list is LONG!"

A user joked, "TULSA EMBARRASSMENT," while another wrote, "PRESIDENTIAL ABUSE OF POWER!"

A user tweeted, "Presidential harassment? No, you’re a public servant. You chose to take that position knowing you’d be hated and slandered. You can’t sue anyone for defamation either while in office."

Many users pointed out that while Barack Obama served as President of the United States, Trump had repeatedly asked to see Obama's birth certificate to prove that the 44th President was born in the United States. A user tweeted, "Keep in mind that the same man who's crying "PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT" gleefully spread a birtherism lie about Barack Obama when he was president and not once did Obama whine about that." Another wrote, "Presidential harassment— you mean like what you did to President Obama, calling him a “Kenyan” and pushing the hoax that wasn’t even born in the US?"

Actress Alyssa Milano tweeted, "Like the whole birther movement? You mean that kind of presidential harassment?"

The president was been on tweeting spree on June 22 night, writing at one point, "WOW! The Trump Rally gives @FoxNews the “LARGEST SATURDAY NIGHT AUDIENCE IN ITS HUSTORY”. Isn’t it amazing that virtually nobody in the Lamestream Media is reporting this rather major feat!"
