A person claiming to be one of the seven jurors in the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard case shared his experience on TikTok on how the defamation trial between the two Hollywood biggies went down. Staying anonymous on the social media platform, the individual’s video came a day after Johnny Depp won the trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

The court has asked Amber to pay $15 million ($10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages) to ‘The Pirates of the Caribbean’ star in damages whereas, Depp has to pay $2 million to the ‘Aquaman’ actress. Sharing behind-the-scenes detail of the case, the apparent juror felt Heard was unreliable, describing her as someone who 'gaslit' and manipulated others.

Juror dubs Amber as a poor witness, calls Depp credible

The unnamed person in the video shared his opinion on Johnny Depp and Amber Heard calling the former far more credible whereas dubbed the actress as a poor witness. When one user asked, “What would you say was the moment that you were like NOPE.. if she's lying about this she's lying about everything?”, he replied: 'I would say the donation/ pledge to charity.”

‘Everything she was saying came off like bulls**t’

Talking about the 36-year-old actress, the juror said, “But from the very beginning, when Amber Heard was testifying, everything just seemed so off with how she kept making eye contact with me, and it made me extremely uncomfortable to the extent where I would no longer look over at her when she was giving her answers.” He added, “I would just listen intently, and everything she was saying came off like bulls**t.”

Shedding further light on Amber, the person said, “That was my gut feeling, after all the information in the trial” adding, “But, Amber Heard. What a crazy woman.” One TikTok user commented, as reported by The Daily Mail, “It was killing me to know if the jury was uncomfortable with Amber’s stare down. I was uncomfortable just watching it on tv. I felt bad for you guys” to which the juror replied, “Couldn't even look at her anymore.”

‘She reminded me of my ex how she used to gaslight’

The individual continued in his TikTok video saying that Amber Heard never admitted to him that she did anything and “And she carried that on to the trial. And I feel like we as humans naturally take our own personal truths to the grave when we can't admit that we are wrong.” He further shared, “So I feel that that is what her team is doing now. Doing a smear campaign, to not admit that they were guilty. Because if they were just to cower down, and accept the verdict, in a way to the public eye it can be seen as an admission of guilt.”

The person added, “So I think this is just their way of trying to claw and tooth their way into trying to save dignity, in some form, for Amber Heard.' Another TikTok user then asked if he was informed by personal experience to which the juror said, “Yes, she reminded me of my ex how she used to gaslight”, concluding, “I trusted my gut.”
