In true love, the greatest distance can be bridged... Something similar happens in the new ‘This Is Us’ episode as Madison (Caitlin Thompson) gets ready to give birth to her twins. In the last episode, we saw how Kevin Pearson (Justin Hartley) didn't have his ID card and couldn't make it in time to see his babies being born and fans can't stop wondering whether he will be there or not.

Meanwhile, Randall (Sterling K Brown) and Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) keep her company — virtually — until she doesn't see any signs of him coming back. “You're family,” Randall tells Madison in the last episode and it seems, he will keep her cheery and distracted until she has her fiancé back. The question remains: Will Kevin make it at all and if yes, how?

In the first promo, we see how Rebecca Pearson (Mandy Moore) is fidgety and says, “I should be with them. I'm supposed to be with them.” Kate Pearson (Chrissy Metz) is busy with the birth of her adopted baby. Meanwhile, Kevin is still hung up on a phone call. In the very next scene, Randall can be heard telling Madison, “I know this isn't how you imagine the birth. We can see you through it, every step of the way.”

In the second clip, Randall and Beth are still on the call with Madison. “Are you guys sure you don’t want to go?” she asks them. “I can hang up, I know it’s late for you and I’m sure you need to find a motel for the night.” Randall then makes it clear, “All right, Madison, for the 20th time, we are not hanging up. We are with you until Kevin gets there.”

He assures her she was their “roadside entertainment” for the night. Not just that, to cheer her up, he reminisces how “Beth had a natural birth with Tess right in our living room.”

If you're wondering how Kevin really makes it back to Madison, a few Reddit fans seem to have chalked out the answer.

“Vancouver is about 3 hours drive from SeaTac Airport. Kevin's car GPS shows he is almost an hour away from there, so this would put him about a 2-hour drive south of the Canadian border. They didn't show him crossing before getting to the accident. Whether or not his passport was in his wallet or jacket, or he just plain forgot that he even had it in his car, I'm not sure, but he definitely would've already used it to get stateside before the accident,” one fan said. Another wondered, “Vancouver is in Canada. Where is Kevin’s passport?! No license is getting you into Canada.”

Another posted, “I’m going to need somebody somewhere to pull some strings and get Kevin on that plane tonight!” A third wrote, “Part of me knows Kevin will most likely make it in time for the twins to be born and the other part of me is panicking because what if he doesn’t.” Nonetheless, some fans seem to think Madison will die. “I think Madison dies in childbirth and Sophie will raise the babies with Kevin,” one wrote.

Meanwhile, in another sneak peek, Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca get set for a classic Pearson family trip to their beloved cabin but their kids Kevin (Parker Bates), Kate (Mackenzie Hancsicsak) and Randall (Lonnie Chavis) have the same thought on their minds: “We don't want to go!”

Trying to convince his kids to come along, Jack says, “No, no. The cabin is not lame, the cabin is relaxation! The cabin is fresh air, s'mores.” Rebecca then has an idea and she tells Jack, “Would it be the worst thing to go without the kids for one night?”

As the episode airs, many fans can't stop wondering what will Kevin and Madison name their babies and how Kate will have her little daughter too. Moreover, after Randall's adorable gesture, Kevin's ugly spat with his brother will soon be a thing of the past, won't it?
