'Makes Forest Gump look like a genius': Kamala Harris mocked for ANOTHER 'word salad' speech
Vice President Kamala Harris fumbled during a Wednesday, July 13 speech at the White House while she was discussing federal investments in workforce development. The subject of transportation improvement tripped Harris up as she was listing the President Joe Biden administration's efforts to boost job development and broaden access to different career paths.
"With your help, we are creating good-paying jobs in small towns and big cities. Jobs for nurses and doctors, jobs for steel workers, pipe fitters and engineers,'' the vice president said. "Together, we are investing in training programs and apprenticeships that give workers the skills they need to take on the jobs with better wages and better benefits. In particular, workers from underrepresented backgrounds". "You need to get to go, and you to be able to get where you need to go, to do the work, and get home."

Harris's words caught the attention of trolls on social media. A 13-second clip of Harris was shared on Twitter where she stumbled from her speech. "KAMALA: 'You need to get to go and need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work.' She’s brilliant 🤣🤣🤣🤣", the user wrote in the tweet with the video. "Kamala Harris just said, "you need to get to go and need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work and get home." She makes Forest Gump look like a damn genius", a user trolled Harris. While another said, "We are living in the movie Idiocracy ! This cant be real!!".

One user wrote, "VP Harris quotmeter: repeat 1 word at least 5x in 2 sentences & u will sound vice-presidential. Ex: "I believe we must take interest in those interesting things in which others take interest. So, let me say, in the interest of doing so, I'm interested in this." You can do this!". Another user compared Harris to former President Donald Trump, "And they used to laugh at Trump for the way he talked…at least he got straight to the point and made sense 🙄🙄".

Earlier, last week, Harris muddled an answer during a sit-down interview with CBS News. She had been asked whether past Democrat-majority Congresses and liberal administrations had failed in not codifying abortion access in the five decades since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973. "I think that, to be very honest with you, I do believe that we should have rightly believed, but we certainly believe that certain issues are just settled. Certain issues are just settled," Harris said in the Face The Nation interview.
