'The Wheel of Time' Season 1 Episode 3: Has the real Dragon Reborn been found?
The first two episodes of Amazon Studios’ ‘The Wheel of Time’ have set the perfect foundation for an amazing series ahead. The latest offering from the streaming platform has all the ingredients of becoming one of the best fantasy shows of all time and as of yet, it is going on the right path.
However, things get really intense in episode 3 and we feel that things are going to get even better from here. The premise of the series is simple. Moiraine (Rosamund Pike), an Ase Sedai is on the journey to find a Dragon Reborn. The reincarnation of the Dragon will save the world and the good guys need them before the Dark Ones get to him or her.

In episode 3, we see Moiraine getting treated by Nynaeve (Zoe Robins) as they try to revive her. On the other hand, all four individuals have been separated due to the attacks by the dark identity. Rand (Josha Stradowski) and Mat (Barney Harris) reach a town where they meet a woman who serves at the restaurant there. Mat and Rand ask her if they can have a place to spend the night, but the lady says that they would need to work for it.
Both do some works to get a good night’s sleep. On one hand, Mat gets out to search one of the dead bodies to see if he has some money. He finds some money and takes it with him. On the other hand, Rand enjoys a drink with the lady and as she leans in to kiss him, he backs away. While leaving the room, she closes the door and tells Rand that does she remind him of Egwene? Rand asks her how does she know her name? As soon as he tries going for his sword, the lady takes the sword and says that he is just waiting for Mat to arrive.
Rand was trying to break the door but the lady tells him that the door is made up of iron and even three people can’t break it. However, Rand is able to break the door, which baffles the lady. He meets Mat and tells him that the lady is chasing them.
She gets to them and says that she will be going to deliver Rand and Mat to the dark one and be a legend. However, she is killed by a man from behind. Before dying, the lady said that she called an eyeless to the town. Will eyeless arrive at the town? And how did she know who Rand was?
The episode ends with a man held in a cage who says that he is the actual Dragon Reborn. Who is this man? Is he really the Dragon Reborn?
Things are getting intense on the show and we feel it’s going to be more intense after the latest episode.
