'The Umbrella Academy' Season 3: Is Sparrow Academy more powerful than The Umbrella Academy?
Season 3 of ‘The Umbrella Academy’ is just around the corner and fans can’t wait to see the epic showdown between the Hargreeves siblings and the Sparrow Academy. In the upcoming edition of the Netflix series, the Umbrella Academy has finally returned to the present and is happy that they have stopped the apocalypse that was actually created by them.
The entire team is happy that they have finally fixed the timeline and can live in peace now. However, as soon as they return, they realize that something is off and this is not how it’s supposed to feel. They are right about their feelings and what happens next completely blows their minds. The team sees that Reginald Hargreeves is alive, and he has made a new team of superheroes called “The Sparrow Academy”. Shockingly, Ben Hargreeves is still alive and is the leader of the Sparrows.

From the very first look of the Sparrows in the trailer, we saw how Sparrows are ready for a fight and won’t back down. When we compare both sides, it made us realize they are really similar. However, some people think that the Sparrows are a bit more powerful than the Hargreeves Siblings. First of all, both the teams have seven members each, so that makes the fight equal and none of the teams has an added advantage over the other.
However, talking about individual members will tell us in detail how Sparrow Academy can give a tough fight to the Umbrella Academy. In the trailer, we saw Marcus Hargreeves is super strong and has the power of defeating anyone. His powers also suggest that he can defeat Luther in a fight. On the other hand, Fei has the unique ability to manifest crows to attack his enemies.
Meanwhile, Jayme looks a lot more dangerous than the other Sparrows. In the trailer, it’s shown that she doesn’t speak much, but that doesn’t mean that she won’t wreak havoc when she is needed during the battle. She can be really dangerous in the battle and can make situations even worse for the Umbrella Academy.
Allison and Alphonso’s abilities seem to be pretty similar and they can inflict pain on others at will. One of the most important members of the Sparrow Academy is Christopher, the telekinetic cube, who can cause mayhem by instilling fear in people’s minds. The cube has the power to stop people from doing their work and stop enemies in their tracks.
However, Viktor is someone who makes all the difference. We know how powerful Viktor is and if he shows his true abilities, no one has a chance to win a fight against the Umbrella Academy. I mean, Viktor’s powers have the ability to end the world, so one of the main reasons that the Sparrow Academy might not stand a chance to win in a fight against the Umbrella Academy.
But there’s one more thing that might take the advantage away from the Umbrella Academy. As we know, the Sparrow Academy is united in their adulthood as well while the Umbrella Academy has already fallen down. If the Sparrow Academy works as a unit, the other team might have to do something special to overcome their powers.
However, if the Umbrella Academy works together and uses Viktor’s abilities in the right way, there’s no way that they can be defeated.
