When does ‘The Turning Point’ release and where can you watch it?

On Wednesday, April 20, the upcoming Italian crime drama will premiere exclusively on Netflix.

What is ‘The Turning Point’ all about?

'The Turning Point' is a tender and intimate story about two lonely people who cross paths: Ludovico (Brando Pacitto), who lives in his grandmother's old flat and is too afraid of life to go out and present himself, and Jack (Andrea Lattanzi), is someone who shows the strength and resolve to take on the world. The forced companionship of the two protagonists, on the other hand, eventually transforms into a true route towards maturity, leading to the revelation of their respective true selves, in a comic-dramatic, joy-pain altercation. And when the harsh reality that relentlessly pursues them arrives to settle the bill, they will have to confront it, reinforced by a new understanding and surprising fortitude.

'The Turning Point' is a true "genre" game in a still road movie. All of this is followed by a smart game of quotations and inspirations from Dino Risi's iconic film 'Il Sorpasso', which touched on the most artistic of the literary imaginary of comics.

Music is set to the words of Carl Brave, one of Rome's most well-known and respected rappers, who created and performed the film's eponymous musical piece 'La Svolta'.

Who stars in 'T?

In the Netflix criminal drama 'The Turning Point,' Andrea Lattanzi co-stars with Brando Pacitto as the protagonist. Andrea Lattanzi is an Italian actor who has appeared in films such as Manuel, Letto number 6, and Summertime. Al di là del lago, The Red Band Society, and Medici all starred Brando Pacitto in prominent roles.

The movie also stars Aniello Arena, Marcello Fonte, Ludovica Martino, Max Malatesta, Chabeli Sastre Gonzalez, Federico Tocci, Tullio Sorrentino, and Cristian Di Sante.
