'The Tender Bar' had its world premiere during the London Film festival back on October 10, 2021, and is now set to make its debut on the big screen. The movie revolves around the story of a fatherless boy growing in a bar under his uncle's guidance. The comedy and drama rom-com is George Clooney's directional venture. What is 'The Tender Bar' all about 

"In 1972, 9-year-old J.R. Maguire moves into his grandfather's dilapidated house in Long Island, N.Y. Searching for a father figure, he falls under the unconventional tutelage of his uncle Charlie, a charismatic, self-educated bartender who introduces him to a handful of the bar's colorful regulars. As the years pass and J.R. grows into a young man, he tries to fulfill his dream of becoming a writer," reads the official synopsis.

The upcoming movie will be featuring Ben Affleck (Uncle Charlie), Tye Sheridan (Jr), Daniel Ranieri (Young JR), Lily Rabe (Mom), Christopher Lloyd (Grandpa), Max Martini (Johnny Michaels), Rhenzy Feliz (Wesley), Briana Middleton (Sidney), Max Casella (Chief) and Sondra Jame (Grandma).

Ben Affleck 

Ben Affleck is an American actor, born on August 15, 1972. Apart from being a professional actor, he is also a professional film director, producer and screenwriter. He has been the winner for two Academy Awards and three Golden Globe Awards. He started his career during his childhood by marking his appearance in the PBS educational series 'The Voyage of the Mimi.' His other works include 'Dazed and Confused' in year 1993, 'Mallrats' in 1995, 'Chasing Army' in 1997 and 'Dogma' in 1999. He gained popularity and media attention in year 2003 because of his relationship with Jennifer Lopez and by the end of the year 2013 he was recognized in the words of GQ as the 'world's most over exposed actor.'
