It's the Super 9 kickoff episode on 'The Masked Singer' tonight (April 1) and all our favorite masked singers returned and they brought along their A-game. It was one of the most awaited episodes since the show airs once a week and it had been pretty long since we last saw Group A and Group B performers. To be precise, Group A performers - Kangaroo, White Tiger and the Turtle were last seen on the February 12 episode and we saw Group B performers - The Banana, Kitty and Frog on March 4.

Now if you've been following the show, on TV and on social media as well, you would know that fans of the show put in a lot of time and a lot of research into decoding the identity of the masked singers and turns out most of the time they're right and the most recent example of this would be the recently eliminated contestant - The White Tiger. Ever since he'd taken to the stage, fans were convinced that it was none but Rob Gronkowski under the mask of the exotic canine and turns out they were right when he lifted off his mask before going home.

Another popular fan theory is for the Turtle where fans have been saying that he's Jesse McCartney and even though the judges might've still not guessed it, fans are convinced they're right. It would come as no surprise to any fan when it's finally the ex-boy bander who reveals himself under the mask.

Another popular theory that's been doing the rounds is regarding Group B star performer - Banana. He's one of the most loved performers on the show and has managed to wow audiences as well as fans, all three times that he's been on stage. His performances have impressed the studio audiences and four judges (Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke). His version of Elvis Presley classic 'A Little Less Conversation' earned him a lot of applause and next he nailed his cover of the Billy Ray Cyrus signature song 'Achy Breaky Heart'. His third and most recently one was where he put his own spin on Bill Withers's 'Lean on Me'.

Since his debut on the show,  word has been strong among fans of the show that Banana could be Bret Michaels, the lead singer of the rock band Poison. Not much has changed after his recent performance and fans are sticking with their guess. "C’mon judges! That banana is @bretmichaels!!!! Those are some Poison moves!! No doubt! #TheMaskedSinger #BananaMask" read a tweet. Another tweet read, "#TheMaskedSinger Banana is 100% Bret Michaels!!!!". Another fan tweeted, "Banana is Bret Michaels on the masked singer. nuff said. i know my Poison."

Who do you think is the Banana? Let us know in the comments.

'The Masked Singer' airs Wednesday nights on FOX.
