‘The Great’ Season 3: Release date and how to watch
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Hulu has confirmed that Season 3 of the highly lauded and popular 'anti-historical' drama 'The Great' will be available sooner than expected. The series is loosely based on the life of Catherine the Great, the longest-ruling female ruler in Russian history. Season 3 will focus on Peter and Catherine attempting to make their marriage work after Catherine locked up his friends and almost had him murdered. As a political leader, Peter should also deal with visions of his dead father while Catherine continues to spread her message across borders.
Tony McNamara created, wrote, and serves as executive producer of the show. Elle Fanning, Nicholas Hoult, Marian Macgowan, Mark Winemaker, 'Echo Lake's Brittany Kahan Ward, Doug Mankoff, Andrew Spaulding, and Thruline's Ron West and Josh Kesselman also serve as executive producers. Civic Center Media collaborated with MRC Television to create the series.
