'The Bachelorette' Season 18 Finale: Fans call Brandon's letter to Michelle 'creepy'
For Michelle Young, it's the final countdown, she has to pick between two men that she is in love with, and her choice will result in both, an engagement and a heartbreak. But now, the question is, who will be the one to sweep her off her feet? Before making this life-altering choice, Michelle set out on her final set of dates, allowing the couples to spend some time together.
While Brandon certainly has won Michelle's parents over, Nayte doesn't seem to have done so well with them. Nayte struggled with expressing himself, and while he told her that he is in love with her, he seems to struggle to explain the intensity of the situation. However, during their final date, Nayte might have redeemed himself.

Nayte explained to Michelle that there was no doubt in his mind that he was in love with her, but he came on the show thinking he wouldn't get this far. And as much as he is looking to start a life with her, the idea that he might not walk away with her scares him immensely. Michelle finally got the vulnerability she was looking for when it came to Nayte, further strengthening their relationship, even though it came at the final hour. While Michelle walked away happy from the date, she came across a letter from Brandon. Brandon, as always, declared his love for her, explaining just how much she meant to him. Fans, however, felt that the letter was a bit much, drawing back to what Nayte said during Joe's elimination, it was as though Brandon was throwing in one final hail mary.

"Brandon is the definition of doing too much like BOY WE GET IT YOU LOVE HER… #TheBachelorette" tweeted a fan. "Something about this episode makes me not as big a fan of Brandon as I was. It's just too much to seem sincere. #TheBachelorette" added a fan. "Brandon is giving creepy I'm sorry #TheBachelorette" noted a fan.
