Charlie Jeer: Teen bouncer says he's sexually assaulted by mutiple women in viral video
A teenage security guard has shared his experience of being sexually harassed at work in a viral TikTok video. Charlie Jeer, 19, said he has been sexually assaulted constantly by women at his job but doesn't consider himself a 'victim'.
The United Kingdom resident in a TikTok video said that so many boys and girls get sexually assaulted at their workplaces but not many share their experiences. He told SWNS, "So many guys and girls get sexually assaulted working the doors, and I don't think it gets spoken about at all."

Jeer has started sharing his experience of being grabbed on the butt and genitals by women through TikTok videos and has got more than a million views. Talking about the year he worked as a security guard, he said, "I was told, going into the industry, that this might happen, but I had no idea it would be so regular." He added, "There are countless occasions where women have come up to me and attempted to unzip my clothes or grabbed me sexually."
Charlie wished there was more awareness about these happenings, however, he said he does not feel like a victim as he maintained control over the situation as he was in charge of the door.
He said, "If a woman's grabbing me, I feel strong enough to get her off me, which makes me feel like less of a victim."
Yet, the issue remains that it is pointless for women to touch him unnecessarily. One of the women bounced back after she sexually assaulted him and said, "Who cares about sexual assault anyway?" Charlie added that she assaulted him three times and was marched out of the venue by his colleague.
Even though most of the comments on Charlie's video are positive and supportive, some people mocked him and said that such sexual assaults should happen with them as well. Some found his video relatable, while others said he was just trying to gain attention from other girls and should focus on working rather than sharing such videos.
One of the users laughed at his video and wrote, "Why does this never happen to me?" Some people have been quite bizarre by saying that sexual assaults do not happen to boys. "This is not sexual assault because you are a male," one wrote.
Charlie said he loved his job but wished that women stop assaulting him so he can do his job well.
"It is a really constructive job, I really enjoy it. There are just the occasional things that make it harder. Ultimately doormen are there to help people. I make it a purpose of mine to make sure people feel comfortable to come up to me and ask for help," he said.
