Where to find the 4 Great Fairy Fountain locations?

The majority of Great Fairy Fountains are found near the Stables despite being off the usual route. The four Stables near the Great Fairy Fountains are listed along with precise GPS coordinates to aid you in navigation below.

1. Snowfield Stable (Northwest Hyrule, -1461, 2995, 0310)

2. Outskirt Stable (Southwestern Hyrule, -1555, -1237, 0090)

3. Woodland Stable (Northeast Hyrule, 0920, 1361, 0095)

4. Dueling Peaks Stable (Southeast Hyrule, 1766, -2172, 0015)

The great cloud of purple smoke rising above the Great Fairy Fountains makes them easy to identify. If you need assistance finding them, try to locate a mountain nearby or construct a device that can fly into the air. From a paraglider, it's surprisingly simple to locate the Great Fairy Fountains.

Best of all, they'll highlight the other three places on your map after you find your first Great Fairy Fountain. Be aware that you'll need to complete a few side quests (including bringing a band back together) before you can interact with the Great Fairies, so plan on traveling a little before learning about their valuable skills.

Upgrading armor

After you finish a mission for a Great Fairy, they will offer to enhance your armor. However, you can't just hand over a few Rupees and hope that your stuff will get better. Instead, you'll need to gather specialized parts dispersed around Hyrule.

Your gear may be upgraded by one of the four Great Fairies, giving you a total of four upgrades for all of your equipment. Therefore, you must locate all four Great Fairy Fountains and complete the related tasks if you want to equip the greatest armor in the game.

Given that fully upgrading one set will entirely remove fall damage, that is a small price to pay. The last several boss battles in Tears of the Kingdom will undoubtedly become a lot easier after going through the upgrade procedure, regardless of the armor you're upgrading.
