‘Survivor’ has always been a surprising reality TV show. Viewers and players always get blindsided by things happening on the show and that’s why it is one of the most loved shows on television. So, we know that Abraham (the Yellow tribe) was the first one to be booted out of the competition. But, there was one more elimination and someone from the Green team had to go as well.

After losing the immunity task, the Green tribe was under pressure and they were talking about prospects of voting someone out. Many believed that it should be JD (Jairus Robinson). However, Brad Reese believed that it should be Sara or Shantel and he said that while the duo was standing in front of him.

The conversation made a lot of things interesting and when they arrived at the tribal council, they were sure who they would be voting out. JD was presenting his case that whatever he did during the summit (saving the vote) was absolutely genuine while others believed that Brad should be voted out. Some players started having conversations in between the Tribal Council and that was something viewers had never seen before.

But, it was time for the vote then. Every team member voted and when the results came out, it was not something that anyone expected it to be. It was Sara who was voted out by the team members and Brad was saved. Tiffany was literally backstabbed by Ricard, who was literally making plans with Sara and Shantel to vote Brad out.

Fans were really unhappy to see Sara go and slammed Ricard for being a backstabber. One of the users said, “What a good premiere. They really didn’t need to build Sara up just to send her home anyway, that was just cruel.” Another one shared, “My face when Jeff read Ricard’s name and then announced Sara as the best person voted off.” Another user noted, “I can appreciate a good blindside, but where was the set up for that? Why on earth did Ricard vote for Sara? Didn’t they show Shan telling JD to vote for Brad? Was this all a very elaborate act to blindside Sara so she wouldn’t roll the dice? I’m so frustrated.”

Another user shared, “Sara was the second eliminated, her desperation in the challenge of immunity played a trick on her, that's why they eliminated her, Sara left but I hope she returns soon to #Survivor.”

However, there were many who slammed Ricard for leaving Sara alone even when he acted to be with her. One social media user said, “MAMA RICARD, so upsetting to see u leave homegirl Sara out to dry.” Meanwhile, another one wrote, “Damn Ricard tried turning JD on Brad but ended up voting for Sara himself.”

“Just watched #Survivor, Ricard is a snake, get rid of him!” another user noted. “Ricard needs to go. He's going to be the problem in that group. And he hasn't done nothing himself to be able to stay,” said another one.

In the end, it was shown that JD and Ricard both voted Sara out. Well, JD had to because Sara, Ricard, and Shantel were against him. So, he wanted to make sure, one of them goes. JD shared a good bond with Shantel and they both made some strategies during the Tribal Council. So, it seems groups within the tribes have already started taking shape.

‘Survivor’ Season 41 returns with a new episode every Wednesday on CBS at 8 pm EST.
