Jairus has a big family and is one of 9 children. His parents used to watch the show 'Survivor' well before he was even born. So early on in his childhood, he has been a huge fan of the show. Having said that, this might be one of the main reasons for him to take part in the reality show.
Early life and education
Jairus moved around a lot growing up since his father spent 20 years in the military. Because of this, they never lived in the same place for more than three years, and he changed schools often. The silver lining here is that having to learn and get to know people from different backgrounds as a kid prepared him to be able to participate in the show and connect with different types of people from all over the United States.
In an interview for Parade Magazine, Mike Bloom shared a Tweet about Robinson.

Relationships
Jairus is pretty close to his entire family. In an interview with Parade, when asked "When you’re at your lowest moment in the game, what’s one happy memory you’ll pull from in your time of need?", he said "The last hug that I had from my eight siblings and my two parents right before I got on the plane to leave to play this game. Whenever I feel like I need to dig deep and I have nothing left, I will absolutely think about my family, because that’s a big reason why I’m playing".
Jarius has not thrown any light on his dating life but here's pictures from his prom. We're hoping to know more about his personal life as the show continues.
