‘Superman & Lois’ Episode 3 ‘The Perks of Not Being a Wallflower’ will bring back Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois Lane’s (Elizabeth Tulloch) twin sons, Jordan (Alexander Garfin) and Jonathan (Jordan Elsass), as they both struggle after the event shown in episode 2 ‘Heritage’. Based on the released pictures, it looks like ‘Superman & Lois’ Episode 3 ‘The Perks of Not Being a Wallflower’, will center around Jordan and Jonathan, both of whom had a major change in their lives after their family decided to move to Smallville. Jordan has learned that even though he has some powers like his father, he does not possess superhuman strength. At the same time, Jonathan, who fought with a couple of guys from the school, is trying very hard to find a place for himself in the sports team.

The official synopsis reads as: “Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) shares some of his Kryptonian history with Jordan (Alex Garfin) and Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) during a family breakfast. Meanwhile, Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and Chrissy (guest star Sofia Hasmik) dig deeper to uncover the truth about Morgan Edge (Adam Rayner). Erik Valdez, Inde Navarrette, Wole Parks, and Dylan Walsh also star. The episode was written by Brent Fletcher and directed by Gregory Smith.”

What is Morgan Edge’s plan?

In the first episode of ‘Superman & Lois’, the biggest reveal was that the Stranger is actually a version of Lex Luthor, who is armed with a robotic suit and hellbent on killing this world’s Man of Steel. However, what kept the narrative going was Morgan Edge and how he has bought properties in Smallville.

Edge’s first swing at Kent’s family comes when he buys the Daily Planet and fires Clark. Lois later mentions that this is his way of creating clickbait media. Later on, Lois digs up dirt on why Edge has sights on Smallville land. Lana, a former friend of Clark, working for a bank back home, has to settle the issue of the Kent’s farm. Now Clark has two options, either sell off to the bank or repays the amount. Lois later finds this deal shady and learns that Edge has a footprint in using Smallville for clean energy projects, which Lana’s husband, Kyle, adores.

That being said, by digging up Smallville to find traces of mineral and crystals, there are chances he may find kryptonite which he can offer to Stranger who wishes to kill Kal-el.

Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin, Elizabeth Tulloch, Dylan Walsh, Alex Garfin, Jordan Elsass, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Inde Navarrette and Wolé Parks. ‘Superman & Lois’ Episode 3 ‘The Perks of Not Being a Wallflower’ will air on March 9 on The CW.
