'SummerSlam' 2021: Air time, match card, tickets and how to watch WWE event
SummerSlam, which is being touted as 'The Biggest Event of the Summer', is being teased by WWE for a little while now. The company is leaving no stone unturned to make good on their claims and who is to tell, the event could turn out to be better than Wrestlemania 37, the first wrestling match which had a socially distanced audience earlier this year in April. To keep up with the current times, WWE has also partnered with TikTok to hunt for two new SummerSlam ring announcers. It's already looking like a lot of people are going to have a ball of a time.
In related news, SummerSlam 2021 was also teased during the out and out entertaining event that was 'Money In the Bank' on July 18. Big E became Mr MITB and that goosebumps-inducing roaring applause from the audience present in the arena when he stepped up on that ladder and secured the bag is something that will be talked about for a long time. Big E's win was well-deserved and him becoming the first African-American to do so was truly what they are calling it, the "Sunday Night Delight".

Also, Ricochet needs to be spoken about here, that ladder to rope jump and then him jumping on everyone standing outside was a power move and one of the major highlights of the event. No, we are not digressing here, it was important to speak about the MITB as the event set the stage for SummerSlam. Here's all the information you need to know about the hottest wrestling event this summer.
Air time and how to live stream
SummerSlam 2021 is scheduled for August 21. The match is set to take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the first time, SummerSlam is not a part of Sunday night programming. Most pay-per-view events are generally held on Sundays but this time WWE is doing it differently and SummerSlam is being held on a Saturday.
The start time of SummerSlam 2021 is not yet confirmed but the ticketing partners have listed the timing as 4.30 pm PT but a Deadline article claims the event will stream live in the country at 5 pm. Viewers from UK can tune into the event on August 22 at 1 am. SummerSlam will be available to stream live on WWE Network or NBC's streaming service Peacock which also aired MITB with a lot of glitches at that. SummerSlam will not coincide with but is held on the same day as Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr who will face each other in the ring at MGM Grand.

How to buy tickets for SummerSlam 2021?
SummerSlam 2021 tickets can be purchased on TicketMaster. The lowest-priced ticket will set you back by $25 and prices for the best seats range between $700 and $1000 and above. Prices are subject to increase.
What is the full match card for SummerSlam 2021?
There are no matches confirmed for SummerSlam 2021 but there are some which have been teased over the past couple of days. Roman Reigns vs John Cena is a huge possibility and MITB seemingly set the stage for the same. Cena made his return at the MITB event and while he didn't challenge Reigns yet, word is strong about him doing so at Smackdown. Edge vs Seth Rollins has also been teased a couple of weeks before MITB and the two fought against each other after the match on July 18. If this isn't indication enough, we don't know what is.
Drew McIntyre vs Jinder Mahal is one match that is being predicted by wrestling fans. The rivalry between the two was simmering before MITB and it all boiled over at the event. The two will hopefully clash at SummerSlam.
