Sondra Albert: NY waitress kicks out creepy customer who targeted 'underaged girls'
LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK: A creepy customer was kicked out by a waitress at Long Island’s Massapequa Diner after witnesses claimed that the man tried to give his cellphone number to “underaged girls", made “loud” anti-LGBTQ slurs and kept calling his server a b***h. The man, who is unidentified, allegedly "stared at and tried to solicit his phone number" to a group of young girls. He has also been accused of hurling homophobic and sexist slurs at the Massapequa Diner on December 4, Saturday.
Louis Cozzolino made the cellphone video from one table over. After he was moved away from the group of girls, the man, who was seated alone, was asked to leave by the waitress, identified as Sondra Albert by Cozzolino. “He was being repeatedly rude, calling her a b – – ch,” Cozzolino, 21, told New York Post. “Sondra is the nicest person ever and for her to get like that, I knew the guy was a p – – ck.”

In a video that is now viral, Albert is heard saying, "Honestly, nobody wants to wait on you, we’re asking very nicely so please just leave." "You’re not going to call me a b – – ch, you’re not going to sit near my boss’ wife, you’re not going to call people a lesbian — you sure as hell ain’t going to look at underage girls,” Alber said, garnering a round of applause from Cozzolino’s table.

“I don’t want to look at underage girls,” the man replied, to which Albert said, “You’re a pedophile and freak and you deserve to be locked up in Bellevue. And that’s all I gotta say and I’m asking you nicely.” A second video shows Albert, furious, rebuking the man after he allegedly refused to leave. “I’ll kick your ass … you don’t frighten me for one minute. The way you speak about people who are lesbians and young children,” the waitress said. “Oh you’re so frigging full of s – – t! Tell it to somebody who cares, you’re not wanted here."
The man argued that Albert had refused to serve him “for no reason” two weeks ago because she had a bias against him. “I didn’t want to serve you for no reason? Did you take a good look in the mirror?” she replied. The man agreed to leave before Nassau PD could arrive, after the police were called.
Some loyal patrons claimed that such incidents are very uncommon at the diner. "I often go to the Massapequa Diner and I’ve never seen anybody get shouted at or thrown out,” said Matthew Lettieri, 27, of Lindenhurst. “I was just there the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a late-night meal and they couldn’t have been more friendly, even to all the inebriated customers who came in after a long night out.” 24-year-old “lifelong” patron Josh said, "I’ve never seen someone get kicked out of there, let alone shouted at by staff.”
