Sivan Himmelman: Los Angeles woman left with rotting flesh after butt and boob job
Trigger Warning: Graphic content
What was supposed to be a confidence-boosting measure for Sivan Himmelman from Los Angeles turned out to be a nightmare from hell. Himmelman was looking for a much-needed change to fix being "self-conscious" about her own body. She wanted to feel good and decided to consult a surgeon for certain transformational surgeries she had her heart set on. However, what she's left with is a bumpy figure along with emotional, and physical scars for life.
In the past, K Michelle's butt implant deflated on Instagram live after which she struggled to cover it up and tried to hold her sunken butt in place. Michelle has always been comfortable speaking about the surgeries she's opted for and has been brutally honest about the price she had to pay for her famed butt. Years ago, she had shared that she nearly died of the lethal butt augmentation injections she received off the black market. “When I found out my favorite rapper did it, that’s when I decided, ‘I’m getting it done'" she said in 2018 in a bid to look like a "coke bottle". You can read all about it here. In related news, adult movie star Karissa Rajpaul died after an LA mother and daughter duo performed illegal butt lift surgery on her.

Sivan Himmelman left with rotting flesh and burns after botched surgeries
Sivan Himmelman had three procedures done on herself. The 40-year-old discovered it was cheaper to get the procedures abroad than visit a board-certified doctor in Beverly Hills. She paid $6,400 for all those surgeries that include a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, and a boob job - all in the same day. However, her quest for a full body transformation is something she regrets now and feels more "insecure" in her new body than she did before. Experts say her bumpy figure is a result of bad operating.
Himmelman said, "I’ve struggled with shame, guilt, sadness, anger, and the fear of being judged by others. The mental and the emotional recovery has been so much greater, longer, and even more painful than the physical as it is too difficult to look in the mirror. I was always self-conscious about my body. I felt that I had no curves and that my bum was too small – and I always wished I was curvy and full on the bottom. I was tired of feeling ashamed about my body and I wanted to feel good about myself.
"I thought that surgery can improve the areas I was insecure about – that it would boost up my confidence and give me the courage to finally live life to the fullest," Himmelman said. "But instead, I was botched, mentally broken and left devastated – that’s not what was promised to me nor what I signed up for. Looking back, I wish I knew better and took more time to do the research and evaluate all possible risks, especially when having surgery abroad. I never thought that finally after having plastic surgery, I’d find myself working harder today to love myself," she said.
Himmelman only wanted a BBL initially but decided to get her boobs done after being offered a huge discount. Her consultation was on September 3 and she got the surgery on September 5, 2019. Speaking of her operation, Himmelman said, "I didn’t have much fat so the surgeon performed liposuction on my stomach, back, arms, inner thighs and pelvic area to transfer the fat into my bum.” She was horrified when she took off the bandages a day after her surgery and saw her body had turned black and blue with bruising that ran from the top if her thighs to her chest. Himmelman said things only got worse from there and the bruises and blisters turned into wounds. She came back to America after 10 days from Tijuana, Mexico, where she got the procedure, and was diagnosed with an infection.
The bruises turned into liposuction burns when the heat from the laser burns the skin during aggressive fat removal. "My skin went through so many stages – I experienced dryness, rashes, itching, tingling, numbing sensations, and loss of elasticity. Later my skin began to discolor over and I developed keloids, internal painful scars, bumps, and necrosis," Himmelman said.
