'Sisyphus: The Myth' Episode 2 makes us get involved in it further with mystery as it introduces a covert team that is it to get Han Tae-sul (Cho Seung-woo). He might have arrived on Earth the same way that Kang Seo-hae (Park Shin-hye) did. However, the only one who might know the truth about all of this is his brother Han Tae-san (Heo Joon-seok) who is believed to be dead. Of course, the Blackbox from the flight which almost crashed featured an impossible possibility.  Not a bird, but a suitcase is thrown up in the air was what hit the windshield of the flight and damaged one of the engines too. The footage also shows a man hit the windshield as well. Upon investigating further, it seemed like this man was none other than Tae-sul's dead brother Tae-san.

A day before his death, Tae-san had told his brother that someone was out to get him, and was even tapping into all of his communications. He tried to warn Tae-sul that they are not from "around here" but at this point, Tae-sul doesn't believe in his brother. He instead thinks that his brother is rambling after getting drunk. It is only when Tae-sul calculates and pinpoints the location of where the suitcase could have fallen and arrives at Gimpo to find the exact suitcase that was thrown at the aircraft does he realize that there could have been some truth to his brother's ramblings.

Who is after Tae-sul?

The Control Bureau who follow Seo-hae's track overhears her warning Tae-sul about people who are following his every move. There is a secret that Tae-sul's brother had tried to out to the world, instead, he got mired in secret organizations and parallel world theories that do not seem plausible. Even as Tae-sul begins to wonder what exactly his brother had found out to push him to the extent of faking his death, he is forced to come face to face with the power of Control Bureau. Can he find out the secrets that they are hiding?

Can Seo-hae save Tae-sul in time?

Seo-hae, who found a safe haven initially in a young cook's home ends up implicating him as well and putting him in danger. As a way of thanking him, she abandons him after leaving the lotto number for a lottery win. She sees men from Control Bureau arrive at his house just as she was getting ready to leave to Busan in search of Tae-sul, so she saves him from them before she takes the train. While she did try to warn Tae-sul, tell him not to open the suitcase, she was unfortunately too late and he did end up opening it to find things that belonged to his brother. From the pictures that Tae-sul's brother had of the future, there was one of Tae-sul with Seo-hae, the two of them ready to get married. Could love be the reason why she is hell-bent on saving him? After all, her father had specifically told her not to go out in search of him.
