What happened to Madisson Hausburg's face? 'Siesta Key' fans get worried after new pic: 'Leave your lips alone'
Ahead of 'Siesta Key' Season 4 premiere, Kelsey Owens posted a selfie with co-star Madisson Hausburg on Instagram. The photo has them looking into the camera with their widest smiles on.
While some appreciated how happy they looked, a handful of social media users were quick to point out that they had gotten some work done given the drastic change in their facial features.

The viewers took to Reddit to discuss if Madisson had undergone surgery to look the way she does now because her face is starkly different from the one they saw in Season 3. However, some were more focused on Kelsey's makeup, which they thought was not complimenting her features.
"Kelsey has had some work done but is recognizable. Madison changed her entire face," a user posted, while another shared: "Kelsey has really cheapened her looks with this hair color, her makeup choices, and these big inflated boobs."
"No Madisson leave your lips alone," a fan hinted that it could be a lip job that had brought changes in the way Madisson looks. "Kelsey's makeup is so bad. The frosted eyeshadow, dark lip liner etc. Not to mention she looks so much older. Not in a good way. Madison has had some work done to her face as well. Such a shame. Such beautiful girls who now look like they belong on the real housewives franchise. They have aged themselves so much," a fourth commented.
A worried user wrote: "This makes me so sad. Kelsey just looks like hair dye and bad makeup but poor beautiful Madison. She’s almost unrecognizable. I hope her parents step in and ask her not to do any more work to her face."
Kelsey and Madisson have never openly spoken about getting lip or boob jobs done. And from the looks of it, they don't have the time for it. While Kelsey is busy with her swimwear line launch, Madisson is taken up with wedding preparations.
