'Shameless' Season 10 Episode 1: Lip's happily ever after might actually come true despite Tammy's health crisis

Back with just one episode of season 10 and we see that everybody's favorite brainiac on 'Shameless' - Lip Gallagher is a father! Sadly, the happy news comes with its own fair share of complications which makes the joyous addition to the Gallagher family a little tense. But we do have reason to believe everything will work out sooner than we expected.
In the premiere episode of this season, we see Lip's new girlfriend Tammy suffer intense pain and contractions in the middle of her shift at the salon. When they arrive at the hospital, Lip is suddenly asked to fill out agreement forms as Tammy needs to be taken into surgery right away for an emergency C-section. The delivery goes fine with Lip's baby boy being born minutes later after he stands by her side and helps her through the process. But as the baby is cleaned and wrapped in fresh towels, things go downhill for Tammy.
After doing a quick check at his newborn son, Lip returns to Tammy's side to give her the good news, but unfortunately, moments later, Tammy starts losing consciousness. She is soon unresponsive with her heartbeat falling and the people in the surgery room announced she was hemorrhaging. They soon transfer her to another operation theater while Lip is left there watching his baby being wrapped in clean towels. Later in the emergency room when his family comes to visit him and the new bundle of joy he is asked about Tammy, he answers he doesn't have any updates, but we have reason to think Tammy survives it just fine.
The spoiler's source comes from the latest promo for this season which ends with a party at the Gallagher household with Ian sitting at the center of their living room, cradling Lip's baby in his arms. Among the massive band of attendees, Tammy can also be seen walking around and speaking to people suggesting that she comes out alive and absolutely fine from the current crisis the couple is undergoing. So rest easy fans of Tip, or Lammy - as you will. The two are getting their much deserved happily ever after very very soon!
