LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA: A grand jury's scathing findings into how the district handled two sexual assaults by a student in a skirt led to the school board's decision to dismiss the superintendent. In May 2021, a 15-year-old boy sexually assaulted a female student in a transgender-friendly restroom at Stone Bridge High School in Virginia. The teenager was found guilty of sexually assaulting a separate girl at a different school in October 2021 while donning a skirt at the time of the event.

The grand jury investigation proved Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler lied when he claimed there were no records of the attacks. On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, a day after the report was released, the board unanimously decided to terminate Zeigler immediately after a closed two-and-a-half-hour session.

Wayde Byard, a spokesman for Loudoun School, confirmed Ziegler's termination but did not elaborate on the reasoning for the dismissal. The father of the girl who was sexually assaulted at Stone Bridge in a trans-friendly restroom also criticized the grand jury for declining to hold Loudoun County school authorities criminally liable for the event despite evidence that they misled parents.

In May 2021, while attending school, Scott Smith's teen daughter was assaulted by a classmate who was 15 years old. Scott campaigned for her justice. His mouth was bloody after being attacked and hauled out of a school board meeting when teachers claimed they had never heard of sex attacks occurring in the ladies restrooms. The incident happened at Stone Bridge High School on May 2, 2921. As per Daily Mail, the boy assaulted the girl while holding her down to the floor in a bathroom stall. A teacher later testified that she observed two pairs of feet but did nothing to stop the attack.

The situation became the focal point of a heated discussion in Loudoun County about the rights of transgender pupils and parents' freedom of speech. Scott and his wife Jessica initially requested that the youngster receive treatment for rehabilitation rather than being sent to jail right away. But now that the second incident, involving a different girl, has come to light, Scott has called the boy a "psychopath" and warned that "we are going to hear about him again."

According to a special study, the administration of the school district lied to parents to conceal the controversy over the transgender restroom policy and the second assault may have been avoided. Additionally, Scott criticized the grand jury for not finding the school or teachers criminally responsible and instead merely making suggestions for how they should proceed in the future. The teen was allegedly attacked while wearing a "kilt," according to the school, which had previously denied that any claims had been filed.

Devastated Scott spoke to Fox News and stated, "They just lie lie lie. I can show you the picture of what he looked like that day it's on my phone.
There was no kilt about it. I think he decided who he was and what he was on a daily basis." He added, "I've seen evidence since that, unfortunately, my wife and I we fought very hard to get this child treatment and then evidence revealed to us after the fact that this kid's a psychopath. He's a sexual predator and unfortunately, we're going to hear about him again."
