Now Loudoun County 'skirt-wearing teen' pleads no contest to groping girl's breast at NEW school
LOUDOUN, TENNESSEE: The 15-year-old who was found guilty of raping a female student at Stone Bridge High School has pleaded no contest to a second charge at another school on November 15. According to reports, the teen forcefully touched the breast of a female student at Broad Run High School in October, just months after he was transferred from Stone Bridge. The details of the assault were laid bare in a court hearing, paving way for him to be sentenced in both cases in December 2021.
The sexual assault scandal rocked Loudoun County after Scott and Jess Smith sued the school over the rape of their daughter in a gender-fluid restroom. The lawsuit, along with his violent ejection from a school board meeting in June, turned into a major scandal for the county, which only got worse. On October 17, it was revealed the 15-year-old assaulted another girl at his new school, and just days later it was revealed a seventh-grader was groping other boys at Harmony Middle School.

While the school district is attempting to get a grip on the situation, legal matters have moved forward swiftly. The Smiths won their lawsuit on October 25, and now the second victim's family has also won justice. The teen will be sentenced in both cases on December 13.
'He has a lot of learning to do'
After being arrested for the rape of Smith's daughter in July, the teen was moved to Broad Run High. On October 6, he dragged a fellow student into an empty classroom, where he molested her. CCTV footage shows the girl being forced into a room, but the prosecution noted that no footage was available from inside the classroom. Based on the victim's account, Deputy county attorney Barry Zweig told the court, "He wrapped his arm around her and pulled her into the classroom."
Zweig then added that the boy allegedly put his hand over her mouth, before reaching up from inside her shirt to slip his hands inside her bra. They reportedly spent 10 minutes together, before leaving. The girl instantly texted a friend, and the two reported it to the school resource officer. The boy was arrested the same day and charged with abduction and sexual battery, the adult equivalent of a felony and misdemeanor.
In court on November 15, he simply said "no man" to the judge when asked if he had any questions. He also pleaded no contest, with both sets of parents in the room. Unlike the last time, the boy's mother didn't defend her son, simply telling reporters, "He's young, he has a lot of learning to do. I hope he's given the opportunity to do so and prove he can do better and be better."
It's unclear what sentence the boy faces, with the county waiting on a psychosexual evaluation before deciding. Loudoun County Commonwealth's attorney Buta Biberaj told reporters, "All we have is the facts of the case, we don't have the facts of the person." The juvenile probation department is expected to conduct the evaluation and issue a ruling on the matter soon, before the sentencing on December 13.
