A 23-year-old school teacher from Russia was fired from her job after her students found an erotic video of her on Instagram, where she can be seen stripteasing seductively in front of the camera. Viktoria Kashirina, 23, had recently graduated from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University with a top-level diploma. She reportedly has been practicing pole dancing for several years as her hobby and wanted to make a video of the same for a long time. The controversial video showed Viktoria Kashirina arriving home and then stripping down to her lingerie, after which she poses provocatively on the bed.

In July this year, North Carolina-based OnlyFans model Amy Kupps lost her job as a teacher after her ex-husband revealed her adult work to the school. In October, Orlando-based mom Victoria Triece was prohibited from volunteering at her children’s school for being an OnlyFans model. The adult site star, who uses the name “victoriasnooks” online, was ordered not to visit the school campus anymore. She was also provided with the reason and was being told that her profile on OnlyFans led to the decision.

In the case of Viktoria Kashirina, the mother of one of her students came across her explicit video on her daughter's Instagram feed and complained to her. "Please do not post such explicit videos, or close (your social media). My daughter watches this and you are clearly gaining kudos but not as a teacher," the mother told Kashirina.

The teacher then asked the mother to carefully monitor her daughter's internet browsing habits and also assured her that she would block the student. However, the student's mom continued to demand that she close her account altogether.

"I have been pole dancing for several years and dreamed of making a video for a long time. It was, of course, not meant for students. This student's mother demanded I close the account. I refused, and instead blocked both the daughter and the mother," Kashirina shared with local newspaper, Komsomolskaya Pravda.

However, the video's existence soon caught the attention of the school director after it apparently "spread like wildfire" among the students as well as their parents. "You have caused a storm, and we need to react. I myself have two children, and I understand how these parents feel," the director told her, adding, "You are fired. This is an excellent occasion to convey to all parents the moral principles that we adhere to."

"If you want to prove yourself (as an erotic dancer), we have the right not to follow this path," the director further quipped at her before handing her the notice. Kashirina is dissatisfied with the decision of the school and is determined to take legal action if her termination is enacted. She emphasized that the school did not mention any instructions about restricting her personal freedom on social media or any protocols about her posts, at the time of her joining.
