'Harry is in the shadow': Meghan Markle's half-sister Samantha Markle BLASTS Duchess over podcast
POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA: Meghan Markle's half-sister Samantha Markle has slammed the Duchess of Sussex's new podcast over Prince Harry's cameo appearance. Samantha took a jibe at Meghan's new podcast titled 'Archetypes', which aims to explore the several labels which hold women back in their life and career.
While speaking to Dan Wootton on GB News, Samantha said that Harry's appearance on Meghan's podcast was "dismissive" and claimed he "plays second fiddle" to his wife. The series kicked off with an interview with recently retired tennis star Serena Williams.

The podcast, hosted by the Duchess of Sussex, will feature interviews with exceptional women. The description on Spotify reads, "It is a podcast where we investigate, dissect, and subvert the labels that try to hold women back."
On Wednesday, August 24, Samantha, a vocal critic of her half-sister Meghan, gave her views on the Duchess of Sussex's new project. She said, "Harry seems to play second fiddle. Although I think it didn't hurt to use the title and the royal marriage as a springboard, it certainly seems as though after the wedding was over, it feels as though Harry is in the shadow."
The 57-year-old added, "'Oh let's let him pop in,' that all seemed very staged, but why have him in at all if he is not being included?"
Samantha said, "It just seemed very dismissive, and I felt, kind of insulting. Rather than have him included and have them talk about what's important in their lives now, it was really just kind of a lot of feminine chit-chat."
Recently, Samantha was in the headlines after she sued the Duchess of Sussex for allegedly destroying her reputation and making her a subject of “hatred on a worldwide scale” with the comments she made during her interview with Oprah Winfrey and information supplied to the authors of the biography 'Finding Freedom'.
Samantha is asserting that the statements Meghan made about her childhood during her interview were mostly fabricated, especially her claim that she was "raised as an only child".
Jamie Sasson of the Ticktin Law Group, the legal team acting for Samantha, made a statement to Newsweek, in which he said, "This is a viable claim because we have actual proof of the falsity of these statements and that Meghan Markle made these statements. In Oprah, they were directly made and in 'Finding Freedom' it was instructed to put these things into the book by Mrs Markle [Meghan] through email. If we didn't have the email it would be a different story."
