Calls for Rutgers University professor Brittney Cooper to be investigated for hate crime is growing stronger after she termed White people "villains" and said "we got to take these motherf***ers out" during a discussion on Critical Race Theory (CRT)

On September 21, Cooper was speaking at an event titled 'Unpacking The Attacks On Critical Race Theory,' where she made controversial statements such as "Critical Race Theory is just the proper teaching of American history." She also added comments like, "I wouldn't be mad at the Black people who want to get them back", and "White people are committed to being villains in the aggregate."

Cooper, who is an associate professor in the Rutgers University Department of Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies, went on an anti-White tirade in the session hosted by The Root. "Like, the thing I want to say to you is we got to take these motherf**kers out. But, like, we can't say that, right? We can't say, like, I don't believe in a project of violence. I truly don't," Cooper is heard saying in a clip.

Cooper also said she believed that "White folks" are not "eternal". She continued, "But I do fundamentally believe that things that have a beginning have an ending. All things that begin end. White folks are not infinite and eternal, right? They ain't going to go on for infinity and infinity. And that's super important to remember that white colonialism and imperialism has a beginning. And in my way of thinking about the world, that means it has an end."

'She is instigating a hate crime against all whites'

After the clip went viral on Twitter people started calling out both Cooper as well as the university, calling her comments hate crime. "Rutgers must fire Brittney Cooper. She is instigating a hate crime against all whites in her classroom. Her sentences are not even grammatically correct. How did Rutgers hire this person? Students are being indoctrinated to hate each other. Do not sent your child to Rutgers!" one of them said, while another noted, "This FOUL MOUTHED RACIST is educating?? How does that RACIST 1) have a job - RUTGERS?? and 2) not being investigated for a hate crime - threats, harassment, inciting violence-'take these MF'ers out!' motivated by prejudice/bias against someone's race, color, origin, ethnicity..."

A third noted, "Where's @DOJ Merrick Garland with his terror response team response to this threat of violence from Rutgers Professor. Sounds like a racial hate crime. I'm sure DOJ will get right on it." The next commented, "Would this be considered inciting violence? It’s obviously extreme racism. Should be fired for a start." A commenter tweeted, "This is what’s wrong with the current Marxist, hate-filled education/indoctrination system!!!" One more stated, "Is inciting hate against a group of people what Rutgers is all about? #UniteNotDivide." A person reacted with, "A true real life excepted racist given a platform to spew her racist hate and agenda on white people. This isn’t her full rant on white people it’s much worse. Why does Rutgers allow this person to teach her racism and disdain and threat? If this was reversed,We wouldn’t allow it."
