Meghan Markle wanted to be Queen Bee amidst 'culture and personality clashes', claims royal expert
LONDON, UK: Royal expert Katie Nicholl made a claim stating that Meghan Markle wanted to be the "Queen Bee" of England amidst the cultural and personality clashes in the palace. This claim found its way after the book 'Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind The Crown' written by a royal correspondent Valentine Low claimed that Meghan thought she could be the "Beyoncé of the UK". Meghan, who did not understand that the palace had its own pace of doing things, wanted her objectives fulfilled immediately, as per what a former palace insider told the author.
Meghan worked as a royal in the firm for less than two years, and during that time, she faced personality clashes and cultural clashes, said Katie Nicholl while discussing the allegations of Meghan 'bullying' the palace staff with True Royalty TV's Royal Beat as per an article written by The Mirror.

According to the royal expert, Meghan used to send out emails at dawn, which was not really a problem since the King will send out emails at night as well. However, the way Meghan wanted everything done immediately is what created problems for the workers at the Sussex.
To quote Katie Nicholl, "I don't think the fact that [Meghan] sent early morning emails was actually a huge issue because [the King] will send late-night emails as well. But my understanding from the people that I spoke to, many of whom did work for the Sussexes, was that Meghan in particular [would] want everything done now." She added, "She expected an immediacy that went with those dawn emails so that she'd hatch an idea, want it executed by the next day, and didn’t quite get that the Palace worked at a different pace. I think there were culture clashes, there were personality clashes, but I think ultimately, Meghan did want to be queen bee."
Meghan Markle did create a debate over bullying the staff at Sussex which was denied by her lawyers. The extracts of the book written by Valentine Low were published in the Times which read "I think Meghan thought she was going to be the Beyoncé of the UK. Being part of the royal family would give her that."
"Whereas what she discovered was that there were so many rules that were so ridiculous that she couldn’t even do the things that she could do as a private individual, which is tough ... It just required the decision-makers to sit around a table and say, ‘OK, what are we going to do about this? What do you need to feel better? And what can we give?'"
In the first interview with Oprah Winfrey after the Megxit, Meghan Markle stated how she was 'silenced' and everyone "in her world" including her was asked to answer all the questions regarding Meghan with "no comments." She also mentioned how they were asked about Archie's skin color even before he was born and was never considered for the title of Prince or Princess.
