Hallmark always graces its audience with an ample amount of adorable romantic comedies with the best storylines. No wonder it is one of the most streamed networks with a huge audience base waiting for premieres of their upcoming movies. Hallmark's recent, 'Romance in Style' has yet again proved why people love watching Hallmark's movies.

The project is helmed by Michael Robison and based on a girl named Ella (Jaicy Elliot), an opinionated, strong-headed woman whose first love is fashion, and Derek (Benjamin Hollingsworth) who is new and nervous to take over the fashion magazine from his father. However, they do not fall in love at their first meeting: Ella detests the fact that Derek's magazine only focuses on small-sized models and questions him about it which concerns Derek as he is naive and has zero knowledge about fashion and trends. The two start working on 'something new,' which creates problems for Claudia (Laura Soltis) who used to run things at the workplace in absence of Derek's dad and Derek. Fearing that Claudia will lose the temporary boss-power, she hatches a wicked plan to stop Ella and Derek in their new venture. The journey of friendship between Ella and Derek and the obstacles they face after which they eventually fall in love is beautifully portrayed.

Although the movie's name gives away most of what the movie is mostly about but the portrayal of two strangers finding friends in each other and then falling in love is heartwarming. The writing is beautifully done and brings out the fact that people can fall in love regardless of their weight, height, and skin color. The highlight of the movie is its actors: Every major actor has done a phenomenal job in the role they were cast in, especially Jaicy Elliot. When Derek enlists her to show him the ropes, she schools him on the areas of fashion that are overlooked, and, of course, they fall in love. Ella voices her opinion about women irrespective of their size or shape. Her transition from being a tough cookie to a softer version of her character as she falls in love leaves you with a fuzzy feeling.

The supporting actors in the film work as pillars for the main characters. Benjamin Hollingsworth will make every girl want herself a boyfriend like Derek, and Candice Huffine's cameo is the cherry sitting on the top.

All things considered, 'Romance in Style' is a heartwarming romantic movie that will leave you gushing. The body positivity message in the movie makes it stand out and is the oomph factor of the film which will make you feel like applauding the actors in it.
