Robert Malone: mRNA scientist booted in 2021 for Covid misinformation returns to huge welcome on Twitter

Dr Robert Malone's claim of being the inventor of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines gave him great appeal to anti-vaccine audiences

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Dr Robert Malone is back on Twitter and users are ecstatic about his return. Malone was previously banned from the microblogging platform for violating the platform's Covid-19 misinformation policies. He gathered a massive following by promoting anti-vaccine falsehoods. Malone claimed that the US had become like "Nazi Germany" where the society was "hypnotized" to believe in vaccines. 

The American physician and biochemist, who reportedly claimed that he was the inventor of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines was banned from Twitter in 2021, only to return a year later. His claims of being the inventor gave him great appeal to anti-vaccine audiences. His account was suspended as part of efforts by Twitter to crack down on harmful COVID-19 misinformation. Malone wrote in his comeback post, "I'm back... Welcome to Fifth Gen (Information) Warfare The battleground is consensus of the swarm and your own mind. Please share my substack from today."

Dr Robert Malone returns to huge welcome on Twitter

One user wrote, "WELCOME BACK, @rwmalonemd! Dr. Malone should never have been suspended in the first place. Nobody should be suspended for expressing opinions and discussing evidence about science and medicine." Another user tweeted, "So glad you are back. Thank you for telling the truth and fighting the great cause. We are in desperate needs of more courageous doctors like you." One more user tweeted, "Astonished you were ever silenced. They will never admit it, but they were wrong. Sorry this happened to you."

One user wrote, "This just made my night! Welcome back and thank you also for your bravery and speaking out. I look forward to your posts. Love this post by the way. Much love and light to you Robert Malone." Another user tweeted, "Welcome back, Dr. Robert Malone! You give and gave me hope to continue to speak out for informed consent. Warm greetings from a general practitioner from the Netherlands." One more quipped, "Welcome back. Your reinstatement is an important step in allowing conversations that need to happen finally happen. Thank you for all you've done."
