DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, CARIBBEAN: In the most recent episode of 'The Real Housewives of Potomac' Season 8, Gizelle Bryant shared with the cast how nervous she was about her daughter, Grace Bryant, going off to college. However, things take a different turn, when 'RHOP' co-star, Wendy Osefo shared what fans dub as her "unnecessary concern" towards the child going to an HBCU.

During the February 25 episode of 'RHOP', the cast was having dinner at a restaurant in the Dominican Republic on their cast trip, Gizelle spoke up about her daughter moving to Florida soon. She opened up about her fears of sending her daughter away from her and the fact that she would struggle the initial time apart.

As everyone, around the table, paid heed and shared their excitement at the news, Wendy, couldn't help but inject the conversation with her fear of sending Grace to Florida. The 'RHOP' star goes on to make faces while co-star, Candiace Dillard Bassett, joins her in the shenanigans.

As Wendy shared her fear of sending her Black boys to a college in Florida, fans took to X to chastize the Bravo Housewife. One user wrote, "How RICH of Wendy to open her mouth about Florida when she was just down here last season all up in Peter's face about opening a restaurant #RHOP girl bye."

One user tweeted, "Us random viewers knew Grace was going to Florida for school loooong ago lol Dr Wendy could’ve given Gizelle this political commentary way before now if she was actually concerned about a young black girl going to Florida & not use it to throw shade at Gizelle’s parenting." Another user chimed in, "Clearly, Wendy needs her "lens" either wiped down or replaced. I live in Florida and they have no more "black and brown" ppl being killed than any other state. Not to mention there is much more security and police on college campuses. Wendy needs to stfu with that bull sh#t."

One user further wrote, "We don’t give a fck about your dumb ass lense #RHOP Wendy trying so hard to seem smart rn. Like people aren’t randomly just killing black ppl in Florida tf ?????? Wendy is so dumb it hurts." Another person added, "STFU Wendy. Black and Brown people are being killed every damn where."

One X user wrote, "Being upset with Wendy saying she wouldn’t send her children to Florida to go to school because of everything that’s been happening there is so stupid." "Not a Giselle fan at allllllll, so it really pains me to call out @WendyOsefo on the state of “Florida” comment. C’mon man, she’s going to #FAMU an #HBCU in a southern state, yes. But she’s good, af down there. I just expect my girl to have more nuance about #HBCUs #RHOP," wrote another.
