'RHONJ': Jackie claims that Dolores isn't the friend that Jennifer needs, fans 'agree'
'Wow! I’m actually agreeing with Jackie on something. Black Dolores is not a good friend to Jen #RHONJ,' wrote a fan
Based on the preview clip for the upcoming episode of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' it is safe to say that the truce between Dolores Catania and Jackie Goldschneider may soon come to a screeching halt. In the aftermath of Margaret Josephs exposing Jennifer Aydin's husband Bill Aydin having an affair with a pharmaceutical representative, everything turned upside down.
Dolores, a dear friend of Jennifer, shocked everybody when she sided with Marge and felt that the shocking reveal of Bill's affair was justified. On the other hand, Jennifer's long-time nemesis Jackie decided to be a bigger person and stood by Jennifer's side during this rough patch. Even when Jennifer tried pointing out to Marge and other ladies how Bill's affair might adversely impact her young children, the housewives, except for Jackie and Teresa, found it hard to empathize with Jen and felt that she deserved what she got for all the mud-slinging she carried out against them.
In the preview clip, we see Jackie continuing to be a good friend to Jennifer and warning her that Dolores may not be the friend she needs at that moment considering her allegiance to Marge. While we, unfortunately, didn't get to see Jennifer's reaction, it's clear that the dynamic amongst the group members has clearly changed as the clip ends with Dolores and Jackie getting into an ugly fight. Fans too sided with Jackie and felt that Dolores wasn't being a good friend to Jennifer.
A fan tweeted, "I totally agree with Jackie in the coming attractions. Dolores was not being a good friend to Jen at all. #RHONJ." "Jackie exposing Dolores as a flip flopper and bad friend, I know that’s right #RHONJ," wrote a fan. Another fan added, "Wow! I’m actually agreeing with Jackie on something. Black Dolores is not a good friend to Jen #RHONJ."

Another fan shared, "Jackie about to be a real friend to Jennifer (what Dolores has lacked in years) and showing why she has a tomato. Get her Jackie, GET HER! #rhonj." "Also Dolores tryna fight Jackie for telling Jennifer that she’s been a sh*tty friend (which wasn’t a lie) like… girl????? #RHONJ," commented a fan. "I don't even like Jackie, but she's right. Dolores is NOT the friend Jennifer needs the most #RHONJ," echoed a fan.

In the pilot episode of season 12, Jennifer confided in Jackie about how she never felt like she had anybody supporting her the way Melissa Gorga, Marge and Jackie supported each other. Jen even pointed out how even though Teresa and Dolores were her friends, they never had her back. Looks like Jennifer's observations might be right. It'll be interesting to watch how Teresa and Dolores feel about Jennifer's take on their friendship.
Aside from the tension between Jackie and Dolores, the upcoming episode titled 'A Very Jersey Kegger' will also feature the Giudice and Gorga families trying to work past their differences. The episode's synopsis reads, "Luis hosts a pizza party in the hopes of mending the Gorga and Giudice families. Meanwhile, Dolores comes to a crossroads in her relationship with David, and Jackie starts to question Dolores’ loyalty provoking a rage in Dolores not seen before."
'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Season 12 airs every Tuesday at 8/7c on Bravo.
