Although Kathy Hilton was roped in as just a friend of the housewives for 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 11, the new addition to the cast instantly became a fan-favorite. Kathy's kooky and eccentric behavior struck a chord with many Bravo fans who immediately took to her. For most of the season, Kathy kept things pretty light and fun, but towards the end of the season, things did get a bit intense with her.

The OG housewife of 'RHOBH'- Kyle Richards, who also happens to be Kathy's half-sister got Kathy to open up about their feud. The two sisters were feuding for over a decade, snippets of which were shown to fans over the years. One of the most memorable moments was when Kathy uninvited Kyle to her daughter Nicky Hilton's wedding, but later she reinvited Kyle. The two sisters' tension led to them not talking to each other for over a decade. Kathy finally shared her side of the story and explained that she was hurt by Kyle's decision to star in 'American Woman', a series loosely based on Kathy, Kyle, their sister Kim Richards and their mother's life. Kathy didn't like her family business to be made public and sued Kyle over it. Thankfully, things got a bit better between the estranged sisters after Kathy decided to join 'RHOBH'.

The two sisters bonded on the reality show, and Kathy even expressed regret over cutting ties with Kyle. During 'RHOBH' reunion, Kathy once again touched on that topic and shared that her biggest regret was not speaking to her sister for a decade. She pointed out how that would have hurt their mother, as their mother would expect Kathy to watch out for her younger sisters and not cut ties with them. The two sisters hugged out and promised to never cut each other off ever again.

Watching this emotional moment between the two sisters made fans emotional too. A fan tweeted, "Kyle and Kathy about to make me shed a tear #RHOBH."
