Jethro's main focus is to make her wife feel like a 'princess'

Since Sabrina is having a girl, Jethro decorates his whole house in pink. He was seen making cupcakes among other things in the preview clip. Jethro says, "My focus is to make Sabrina feel beautiful and feel like a princess and I just want her to have fun." He then welcomes everyone in the house.

Carmella claims the house looks "cute" in a pink theme. Sabrina then enters the room and sounds happy with her husband's efforts. When Fannie says she brought a pickle for her, Sabrina jokes, "I already have a pickle, size- extra large." She then opens the gifts one by one. Later, Sabrina confesses on camera, "I'm very thankful that Jethro set this up."

Sabrina's baby shower makes Carmella feel jealous

Everyone seems to be enjoying Sabrina's baby shower party except Carmella. She seems to be lost in her own world. Sabrina says in a confessional, "I feel bad for Carmella." She continues, "I feel guilty because I keep having babies. I've been pregnant now, three years in a row pretty much. And, it's hard for Carmella to conceive." Carmella on the other hand claims that even though she was really happy for Sabrina, she feels "sad" at the same time because she also wants the same thing to happen to her.

Now that Carmella is having a difficult time conceiving, everything around her is about pregnancy. Sabrina is having a baby shower, Maureen is pregnant and there are hints that Rosanna might announce her pregnancy in an upcoming episode as well.
