'Queens on the Run' on Netflix: Release date and how to watch action-comedy
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Netflix's upcoming Mexican action and adventure comedy 'Queens on the Run' (also known as 'Fuga de Reinas') tells the tale of four women who ultimately decide to go on a road trip they intended to take in high school after several years of preparation. The four friends who decide to leave their routine life and husbands back home for the road trip encounter some fascinating and scary experiences along the way that they did not expect to encounter.
Jorge Macaya directed the film, which was written by actress-screenwriter-producer Martha Higareda who has been a part of various projects including Netflix's 'Altered Carbon', 'Queen of the South' etc. Perro Azul and Neverending Media, with Alexis Fridman, Martha Higareda, Miri Higareda, Martha Cervantes, and Juan Uruchurtu serving as executive producers, have brought this comedy film to Netflix. Martha Higareda, Alejandra Ambrosi, Paola Nez, and Valeria Vera play the titular roles in the movie.
