Idaho murders: Cops were called to the party Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin attended hours before tragedy

MOSCOW, IDAHO: It has been claimed that police were called into the party Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin attended on the night the four friends were murdered at a rental home only a few yards from the University of Idaho campus in Moscow.
Police have been working around the clock for days to solve the murders but have been unable to break the case open even after two weeks. Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison Mogen, 21, Kernodle, 20, and Chapin, 20, were fatally stabbed in the early morning hours of November 13. They were found dead on two different stories of a three-story residence. Three women resided there, and Chapin, who was a guest, was Kernodle's boyfriend.

Between 10 pm and 1.30 am on November 13, Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen were at the Corner Club, a neighborhood pub located at 202 N Main Street in Moscow. They were captured on camera at the Grub Truck at 318 S Main Street around 1.40 in the morning. They then used a private party to get a ride home from downtown and arrived at their 1122 King Road residence at 1.56 in the morning. Based on digital evidence gathered by the investigators, their estimated time of arrival at the residence was revised. Meanwhile, according to the findings of the investigation, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle arrived at the party between 8 and 9 o'clock at the Sigma Chi house on the University of Idaho campus at 735 Nez Perce Drive, as MEAWW previously reported.
But what happened at the Sigma Chi, where the fraternity party took place? NewsNation correspondent Brian Entin recently unveiled details about the frat house party where Ethan and Xana were present. An individual from Chicago asked on News Nation, "Why were the police called to the party that Ethan and Xana were at? Does that scene have any relation with the crime, or was the couple involved in a fight at the party?"
Brian responded, "We don't know much. We don't know any of the details. We know that there are reports that the police were at the fat party. It really could have been anything. It may have had nothing to do with them, with the two victims. It could have been something totally unrelated. I will tell you this though. Going to the fraternities and sororities today and trying to get them to talk -it's not easy right now. They've been told not to talk to the media and only to talk to the police."
According to the University of Idaho, Chapin was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and majored in the administration of recreation, sport, and tourism. Both Kernodle and Mogen majored in marketing and were members of the sorority Pi Beta Phi. Goncalves was a member of Alpha Phi and majored in general studies.
The last homicide in Moscow was in 2015. Numerous federal and state law enforcement officers have been sent in to help municipal police identify the perpetrator and the motive behind the quadruple murder, as reported by Fox News.
