MOSCOW, IDAHO: Social media users feel heartbroken after they went through some of the old posts on Madison Mogen, one of the slain University of Idaho students' mother's social media accounts. Moscow, a town of 25,000 people near the Washington state border, has been in shock since the bodies of Ethan Chapin, 20, Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Mogen, 21, were found by police on November 13 at their off-campus house.
One person wrote on Reddit, “Came across Maddie’s mom's Facebook page and it made me want to cry. She has so many posts over the years about how much she loved her daughter.” “I have read it was her only child. I hope this case is solved soon so she and others involved can find some peace,” another added. “This is so sad. I hope for everyone affected by this crime that the case gets solved. These families deserve justice,” yet another user remarked.

'Madison Mogen was the target': Psychic makes eerie claims about University of Idaho murders
Earlier, a well-known psychic made some eerie claims about the Idaho murder scene, revealing that Mogen was the main target and the suspect reportedly worked close to a shop where the former used to work. Several social media users also wondered why the killer killed four students when police earlier said that the incident is a targeted killing. One person wrote on Twitter, “My problem with this is that if it was targeted and planned then he must have planned to kill at least 3/5 people which is a lot of planned collateral damage. According to LE, they were asleep when attacked so no reason to kill the others who were asleep.”
“The Coroner should be the one to answer my questions about the killings of the young people in Idaho. Did the killer kill others to cover his (he or she) real target in this horrible crime scene? Did anyone of the victims revive more of his anger than any other one did?” another added. “Why do you think he killed the others? I think he killed Ethan because he was worried about Ethan stopping him and taking him out for being a threat. Xana was collateral damage. Why kill Maddie? Did she and Kaylee see him earlier in the night?” yet another user remarked.

The investigators have not yet identified a suspect, a weapon, or a motive. The Moscow Police Department earlier stated at a news conference that the detectives had so far interviewed 90 people after following up on 646 leads. In the vicinity of the residence, which is about half a block from campus, they are looking for the doorbell, mobile phone, and security footage shot between 3 am and 6 am on the morning of the murder.
