Police report 2 fatalities and 5 injuries in shootings at 2 locations in Arkansas
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: At least two people are being reported dead and five injured in Little Rock shootings on Sunday, March 26. As per local police, the department has registered a homicide case, and an investigation has been launched into twin shootings along Asher Avenue. The authorities could not confirm if the incidents were related and were first alerted about the shooting at around 9.25 pm.
"Moments later, near Asher Avenue and Adams Street, multiple people were shot resulting in two homicides," said officials. On its Twitter account, Little Rock police shared, “Two people were shot with non-life-threatening injuries. Moments later, near Asher Avenue and Adams Street, multiple people were shot resulting in two homicides. We do not know if the incidents are related at this time.” It also stated, “In all, 7 people were shot. Officers secured the scene and began an investigation. This information is preliminary and will be updated as information becomes available. If anyone has information on this incident you are urged to contact homicide detectives.”

'Mass shooting in Louisiana'
In an unrelated case, several gunmen got off a car and injured at least six people after they started firing at pedestrians on a busy street in Shreveport, Louisiana on Saturday, March 25. The unprovoked attack unfolded at around 1.45 am when the shooters emerged from a silver sedan on Market Street. It is also one of the busiest city's busiest streets and they aimed at everything that came in front of them including random pedestrians, reports ABC News.
