Austin Lyle: Colorado teen, 17, wanted for shooting two high school staffers found dead in woods
DENVER, COLORADO: A suspect in a high school shooting in Colorado has reportedly died, authorities confirmed on Thursday morning, March 23. The body of 17-year-old Austin Lyle, who is accused of shooting two administrators at Denver's East High School on Wednesday, March 22, was discovered in the woods in a remote area not too far from his car, about 50 miles southwest of Denver, near Bailey in Park County,
Lyle's body was found after an extensive search operation involving several agencies, including the FBI while the people had been ordered to shelter-in-place at the time, per Fox News.

What is Austin Lyle accused of?
Pictures of Lyle and his 2005 red Volvo XC90 were released by the police Lyle. He was wanted for attempted homicide, per CNN. Lyle had to undergo a pat-down search at the start of every day in school. He shot the two victims, who were badly injured, with a handgun and fled. Police immediately launched a manhunt for the teenager, that went for hours. However, cops have not revealed the cause of death and if they recovered the weapon used. Among the two victims, one underwent surgery while the other was able to give statements.
The Park County Coroners Office reportedly said, "Mr. Lyles Next of Kin have been notified of the positive identification. The Park County Coroners Office will be continuing to conduct a death investigation and will have no further details after an autopsy is completed."
Shelter-in-place lifted
At a news conference, Park County Sheriff Tom McGraw stated the neighborhood should be "relieved" and that the previous shelter-in-place warning for adjacent residents had been lifted.
