'Pennyworth's new season is worth every penny of yours. The last two season had an averagely positive review, however when the series shifted to HBO Max in 2022, the series started drawing more eyeballs to it than usual. The third season was marketed with the subtitle 'The Origin of Batman's Butler', and was released on October 6, 2022, on HBO Max. The series's spectacular starrer Jack Bannon is the heart of the series. Along with Bannon, there is Ben Aldridge, Hainsley Lloyd Bennett, Ryan Fletcher, Dorothy Atkinson, Emma Paetz, Paloma Faith, Polly Walker, James Purefoy, and Jason Flemyng also star in the series who are dedicated, crafty, and renowned for their quirks and wits. 

The series is executive produced by Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon and stars Jack Bannon as Alfred Pennyworth, a younger version of the iteration of the character previously portrayed by Sean Pertwee in Heller's and Cannon's Fox series 'Gotham' (2014 to 2019), with the series serving as a prequel to both 'Gotham', and 'V for Vendetta'. Who is Polly Walker's Peggy Sykes?

Margaret 'Peggy' Sykes is Bet's sister who is the matriarch of the Sykes family and one of Lancashire's most successful dominatrixes. She is also an enforcer for the Raven Society. Peggy is described as one of London’s most proficient dominatrix’s. She has live in male slaves, who serve her in addition to those that pay for her services. One day, one of Peggy’s slaves delivers her a letter from her sister, Bet. She is scheduled to be executed, so Peggy rescued her and takes her to the home of one of sheer submissive a 'Lulu', also making his wife submit to her commands. Bet tells Peggy she wants to go back to London and reveals she has a crush on Esme, the woman she held captive much to Peggy’s dismay and possible disgust.

Peggy is making her slaves clean, but is distracted by Bet playing music and demands she turn it off. Bet reluctantly does and tells Peggy she is bored. Peggy snaps that she isn’t being a grown up, and tells her not to bother her while she works. Bet mocks Peggy’s profession as a dominatrix is and Peggy suggests Bet to go out and work. Bet snaps that she was just recently almost executed, and Peggy reminds her that she saved her and to show respect. However, both the sisters are always there for each other. 

Polly Walker's Peggy Sykes is described as one of Lancashire's most successful Dominatrixes and a sensible matriarch of a manic family. She is also fiercely loyal, resourceful but has a strict, rigorous moral code.
