LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: DC has been going under multiple changes recently and has started the year with a bang when it dropped the trailer of 'The Flash' at the Super Bowl. Regardless, after HBO shelved 'Pennyworth,' they are coming up with a new limited HBO Max series, 'The Penguin.' The eight-episode limited series stars Colin Farrell, reprising his role as the eponymous comic book villain after first appearing in last year’s DC Studios feature, 'The Batman'. Furthermore, 'The Penguin' series set to begin filming soon, the show is gaining a couple of new additions including Rhenzy Feliz and Michael Kelly. However, details about their characters are under wraps currently.

As the universe of Matt Reeves is expanding, The Batman-verse is an HBO Max series focusing on Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, also known as The Penguin. 'The Penguin' is a Gotham City mobster who fancies himself the number one "Gentleman of Crime". He is most often seen wearing a monocle, top hat, and morning suit while carrying his signature umbrella. The character appears most times as a short, fat man with a long nose as seen in the Robert Pattinson's 'Batman' movie.
