'So f**king disgusting': Texas pizzeria slammed for 'The Jeffrey Dahmer Special’ with fingers and eyeballs

LUBBOCK, TEXAS: A pizzeria called Capital Pizza is facing a backlash for a controversial pizza named after Jeffrey Dahmer, a serial killer and sex offender, who committed the murder and dismemberment of 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991. Many called the Halloween based ‘The Jeffrey Dahmer Special' “disturbing.”

According to EverythingLubbock, Kiefer Slusher-Davidson, the manager of Capital Pizza, said that the idea of the pizza was executed by one of his servers who thought it would be fun for the Halloween season. He said, "It being spooky season and the popularity of the Netflix series [Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story] one of our waitresses came up with the idea and made the pizza and just put it up as a fun prop for Halloween." He said the pizza is just a decoration and it is completely inedible. “It’s just a Styrofoam base. It’s got plastic prosthetics on it … eyeballs fingers, there’s an ear. Ramen noodles are kind of the main thing here and some fake blood and then we, as we do with all of our pizzas, we topped it with a pepperoncini. Like I said, it’s a fun prop, I suppose will become either famous or infamous. It’s only sitting up here for a limited time, then we’ll move into holiday decorations,” described Slusher-Davidson, who stressed that the pizza will be on display until Halloween is over. The Halloween idea, however, did not go well with many, leading to massive outrage. One tweeted, "Did you hear about that pizza place in Lubbock Texas that created a pizza called the Jeffrey Dahmer special to display in their window? That is so disturbing!"

Continuing the thread, one more user wrote, "Ok, sooo a pizzeria in Lubbok, Texas thought it would be a good idea to make a display of a pizza topped with a finger & eyeballs surrounded by "blood & guts", calling it the "Jeffrey Dahmer Special.""

Tagging it as disgusting, another said, "There’s a pizza place in Texas that now has “The Jeffrey Dahmer Special” that literally looks so f**king disgusting…whatever you’re picturing- I promise you this is worse. Just further proof that there are some really twisted a** ppl in this world…"

One of many people also questioned the obsession with the serial killer. The person commented by saying, "I'm usually cool with people doing what they want to like during the ridiculous covid mandates. But this is disturbing. Not understanding some people's obsession with this awful creep."
