LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Set in the near future, when cloning technology is at its peak, AMC's science fiction thriller 'Orphan Black: Echoes,' follows Lucy (Krysten Ritter), a cloned woman on a quest to uncover the truth behind her origins.

The show, set in the same universe as the 2013 hit 'Orphan Black,' is the creative brainchild of Anna Fishko. It explores the essence of humanity in the era of bioengineering, a theme that captivated fans of the original series.

In Episode 7, Lucy seeks Kira's help in finding Jules Lee (Amanda Fix), which sparks an impassioned debate between Dr Kira Manning (Keeley Hawes) and Dr Eleanor Miller (Rya Kihlstedt ) over the ethics of human cloning.

Xander (Vinson Tran), to gain Paul Darros's (James Hiroyuki Liao) favor, is drugged by Jules, who then escapes with a master key and a chip from Darros's office.

Meanwhile, Lucy learns of Jules's location via Neva (Alex Castillo ) and persuades Kira to take down Darros.

Jules, with the help of Craig (Jonathan Whittaker) and a tracking dog, lays a trap for Tom (Reed Diamond), who is rendered unconscious by Lucy and Eleanor.

In the final moments of the episode, Kira examines Dr Josh Tartakovich's (Izad Etemadi) laptop and prepares to meet Emily (Tattiawna Jones), who ends the episode by demanding answers while holding a revolver.

The upcoming episode of the sci-fi series will reveal more about Darros's sinister agenda. With his plans being thwarted, he may escalate his efforts to seize power.

This could involve more aggressive tactics to capture Jules and neutralize any threats posed by Kira and her accomplices.

Kira's confrontation with Emily is expected to reach a tense stalemate, with Emily finally revealing her true intentions.

Emily, armed and demanding answers, may force Kira to divulge crucial details about Josh's involvement and Darros's objectives. Depending on Emily's response, this could lead to either a potential collaboration or further conflict.
