LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'American Idol' Season 21 hopefuls vie to grab a spot in 'Top 12'. Six aspiring singers, Emma Busse, Elise Kristine, PJAE, Dawson Wayne, Elijah McCormick, and Malik Heard got eliminated as they received fewer votes.

However, among the other hopefuls, Olivia Soli sang her heart out to earn the viewers' votes. She performed Celine Dion's song to serenade viewers as well as the judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie. But fans didn't seem impressed with her song choice. The social media users took to social media and call out Olivia to perform the same song as Nutsa Buzaladze sang during Hollywood Week.

After delivering a powerful performance of Mariah's 'Emotions' in Hawaii, Olivia took the 'American idol' stage to perform 'I Surrender' by Céline Dion. Olivia noted that she started her music career alongside her sister but after an ATV accident that left her right hand without feeling. She shared, "I'm here on Idol for her." However, the aspiring singer now continued music by herself. The judges give her an obligatory standing ovation. Luke thinks she’s challenging herself and praised Olivia for bringing the house down. Meanwhile, Lionel said, "You don't need a confidence boost. You should pat yourself on the back." Katy advised her to always play the "power card." Katy further noted that she thinks America got it right. “You should just sing Celine songs all the time."

'Nutsa sang it better'

While the 'American Idol' judges loved Olivia's performance, the viewers think Nutsa delivered a better performance on 'I Surrender' during Hollywood Week. The social media users took to the comment section of Olivia's performance video and commented, "It’s wrong to chose this song after Nutsa, it’s like she wanna show she better then her but she isn’t ! Nutsa sang it wayyy better." Another viewer noted, "I think she’s great actually amazing!! I think Nutsa's version and performance is slightly better because she moves more and has more emotion." "Nutsa already sang this song this season, I don't think it was a good song choice for Olivia this time," added another person. Another fan shared, "Um someone on that show already did that sound and just a little better." Another viewer said, "Nutsa sang it better." "Great voice, but Nutsa sang it with more power 🤷🏻‍♀️," wrote another user.

'American Idol' Season 21 airs every Sunday and Monday at 8 pm ET on ABC.
