'You won't get rid of me': Wakey Wines owner Mohammad Azir Nazir hits back at haters as cops raid store for drugs
WEST YORKSHIRE, ENGLAND: TikTok sensation Wakey Wines owner Mohammad Azir Nazir responded after his store was raided by police for drugs. Nazir claims that West Yorkshire Police had a search warrant for his shop and brought a sniffer dog onto the premises as part of a search for Class A drugs.
In a TikTok video, Nazir said that the officers left without finding anything. He also showed a document that said nothing illegal had been found in his shop during the search. Nazir also took the opportunity to address his haters, saying he had "nothing to hide" and that they cannot get ride of him. He said, "I'm still here, you won't get rid of me, mate."

What is Wakey Wines?
Wakefield Wines, also known as Wakey Wines, is an off-license store in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, which went viral on TikTok after a video showed a woman paying $1.77 for six bottles of Prime. People travelled from all over the country to buy drinks from this store. Other viral videos showed a group of girls who had travelled 133 miles from Carlisle, Cumbria, to Wakefield. And, in most videos, customers are seen posing with bottles of Prime which are sold for just $2.41. The store also gained fame online for selling a drink made by top YouTubers Olajide Olatunji, better known as KSI, and Logan Paul.
Nazir and his history with drugs
Nazir has had some history with drugs and police. He was jailed in 2015 for dealing with heroin and crack cocaine and had spent eight years behind bars. In a previous video posted in January 2022, he addressed his criminal past and apologised after admitting that it had been the biggest mistake he had ever made.
He told, "In 2015, I was selling drugs, I was doing wrong. I made the biggest mistake of my life. I came out of prison in 2019, and I have changed my life around. I don't have nothing to do with Class A drugs, I work hard for my money now." He added, "I was that [a drug dealer] in the past. I was the biggest numpty you could ever meet.I made the biggest mistake selling drugs, and I regret that to this day."
