Nicola Bulley: 'Stained' blue ski glove retrieved from site where mother-of-two vanished
INSKIP, LANCASHIRE: The search for the missing mother-of-two will soon enter its fourth week but cops have no clue where she is yet. Nicola Bulley disappeared on the morning of January 27 when she took her dog for a walk and since then there has been an ongoing but fruitless missing person investigation.
Now it has been reported that recently, two walkers found a “stained” glove near the area, where Bulley was last seen. The suspicious blue ski glove was given to the investigators as mentioned in a now-deleted TikTok video, as per The Sun. The social media share also noted that the glove was "stained" but did not clarify what these stains were from.

‘Has anyone heard anything about the glove’
A woman, reportedly commented below the video, “Has anyone heard anything about the glove that was found in the early hours on the field she was last seen on the TikTok live? I was watching it live about 1am. A couple went on to the field last night, found a glove there with a stain on it? They reported it to the police and bagged it and gave it to an officer.”
No official comment has been made yet about the glove as cops are still suggesting that the 45-year-old woman fell into the river despite her family and friends' saying that Bulley was a good swimmer and is unlikely to have died that way. Earlier, Bulley’s sister Louise Cunningham posted on Facebook, “Please keep sharing my Nikki …Off the back of the latest Police media update, please can I add there is no evidence whatsoever that she has gone into the river, it’s just a theory. Everyone needs to keep an open mind as not all cctv and leads have been investigated fully, the police confirmed the case is far from over. ❤️❤️🙏”
One of her friends, Emma White, also reportedly added, “We ultimately have an area out of the river where Nikki may have gone in that we have no footage for. We don't know if Nikki wandered out or if anyone has been seen. This is really crucial and that is what we're pushing for today to raise that profile.”
‘I will dismiss some of the inaccuracies’
Meanwhile, an ex-detective, famous for exposing Jimmy Savile and investigating Madeleine Christian Brueckner, has shared his theory regarding Bulley’s disappearance. Mark Williams-Thomas reportedly said, “I will be spending time up in St Michael's on Wyre next week to pull together a quick turn around the report of what exactly is known about the disappearance of Nicola Bulley. I will explore all the options, bring you a factual evidence analysis, and dismiss some of the inaccuracies.”
He continued, “This would now be a critical incident being dealt with as suspicious, if it had been down to me. Within 48 hours I would have treated this in the same fashion as a murder or abduction,” before adding, “From very early on police were certain Nicola Bulley did not leave the location. I have always questioned this, they could not be certain about this given every exit route is not covered by working CCTV. This plays into my worry of looking for evidence to support a hypothesis.”
