It's a one-man army now, say goodbye to teamwork! The contestants are given a solid 40 minutes to individually prep the protein of the day- pork. As if not working in teams wasn't enough, each of the budding cooks get a quick 20 to grab their desired cuts of meat from a descending platform. The urge to scream at people in a reality show hasn't been more profound than this very moment.

The cooks heading to the middle kitchen are Tricia, Reuel, Pyet, and Courtney, while Ae, Kenny, Angie, and Mariah go downstairs to cook in the basement kitchen.

Halfway into cooking the pig real good, the contestants have to grab a fruit to give their dish an additional punch of freshness and flavor. Talk about the stress that won't let you rest! Unfortunately, Ae, Pyet and Kenny move to the elimination round. Pyet was fixated on her garnish and lost track of saving her pork, which lacked flavor. The chefs were disappointed by Pyet since she is one of the best cooks in the kitchen and personally vouched for her as well.

Luckily, one setback doesn't stop this relentless ball of fire. She earned the "best dish", with her bacon-wrapped scallops. The "least favorite dish", drunken noodles, was Ae's. She was sportive enough to wave a smiling goodbye to her fellow cooks as she got eliminated.

What does the next round have in store for the chefs? Stay tuned to know more!

'Next Level Chef' airs every Wednesday, at 9 pm ET, on Fox.
