Netflix’s ‘Doctor Cha’ Episode 4 Review: Jung-sook stumbles upon upsetting truth about In-ho

Does In-ho still have feelings for Jung-sook?

Episode 5 begins with Jung-sook lying unconscious on the floor after a particularly bad defibrillator incident. And unexpectedly, In-ho is the one who catches her and takes her to the ICU. In-ho's change in behavior really makes Jung-sook believe that he truly cares about her and her well-being. On the other side of the building, Sueng-hee isn't happy and stares at the bracelet In-ho gave her. Jung-sook has an inkling of In-ho and Sueng-hee's relationship, but she realizes that it's a hallucination. While people are amused and laughing at Jung-sook's accident with the defibrillator, our McDreamy Roy Kim rushes to the ICU to check on her, showing genuine concern and affection. After meeting Jung-sook, Roy Kim runs back and forth, hoping to write a sweet message for Jung-sook, but he thinks otherwise.

Will Jung-sook give up her medical residency?

As this episode is marked by chaos, Jung-sook is tired and exhausted. She is not only a practicing doctor but also a housewife who takes care of her family. And while things are not going as planned at work, things are not going as planned at home either. As Jung-sook constantly goes back in time and doubts her decisions, the question is whether all this bedlam and her self-doubt will lead to her becoming a housewife again or whether she will rise like a phoenix from the ashes. All things aside, the next episode promises to be an entertaining ride as the mystery surrounding In-ho and Sueng-hee's affair is revealed and this will start a new chapter in Jung-sook's life and could lead to the flame between Jung-sook and Roy Kim running its course.
